A Network of Services
Wesley Homes offers a comprehensive network of housing and services including residential homes and apartments, adult day care, assisted living, home health care, restorative therapies, and skilled nursing care.

As a mission-driven, not-for-profit organization, Wesley Homes is committed to providing residents, home health clients, staff and family members with high quality services, individual consideration and personal respect.

Wesley Homes was founded in 1944 by Dr. Stanley Logan and the Pacific Northwest Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church. A not-for-profit, mission driven organization, Wesley Homes is still strongly rooted in its ministry to older adults with retirement communities in the Seattle and Tacoma areas as well as home health services serving King, Pierce and Snohomish counties.

What started as a dream, evolved from a single cottage home into a full service continuing care retirement community (CCRC) consisting of independent living in The Gardens building, The Terrace building, Cottages and Wesley View; a three story building with 15 spacious apartment homes. The Terrace also offers Assisted Living on the campus in Des Moines, WA. Wesley Homes Health Center provides skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapies under Medicare, Medicaid and many private insurance plans to residents in south King County and the Seattle area. Almost 600 seniors live at Wesley Homes Des Moines today. From Cottages to Residential Apartments and Assisted Living to Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, Wesley Homes Des Moines offers a variety of living environments to meet the evolving needs of older adults.

In May 2007, Wesley Homes opened a second retirement living campus on Lea Hill in Auburn, Washington called Wesley Homes Lea Hill. Wesley Homes Lea Hill serves over 230 senior residents with more than 50 employees on a beautifully wooded campus just west of Green River Community College. From Village Homes over 1800 square feet to apartment homes in Eby Lodge, this Auburn retirement community offers accommodations that are fully equipped with kitchens and laundry facilities. The Commons offers apartment homes on a monthly rental basis with Housing With Services; a comprehensive dining, housekeeping and activity program. The Arbor Assisted Living is specially designed to serve older adults with cognitive disabilities such as Alzheimer ’s disease and those needing memory care services in a pleasant secure environment.

Completing Wesley Homes’ network of services, two home health agencies called Wesley Homes Community Health Services and Wesley Homes At Home bring care and services to people where they are. Wesley Homes Home Health is a program that provides reliable skilled nursing and personal care in the privacy and comfort of one’s own home. This individualized attention presents clients, family members and friends with options in the home care their loved ones receive as well as the peace of mind that comes with a trusted care provider. Wesley Homes Home Health is licensed to provide a range of quality support services (such as companionship, foot care, light housekeeping, meal planning and cooking, help with medication reminders, and respite care) and medical care (such as skilled nursing, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, geriatric case management, diabetic foot care, medication management and care coordination) to residents of King, Snohomish and Pierce counties. With Wesley Homes Home Health, you have a choice to receive the care and services that you want in your own home throughout the Puget Sound region on an hourly or daily basis; 24 hours a day, including holidays and weekends.

Employees make the difference at Wesley Homes. Our experienced caregivers are dependable and licensed, undergo criminal background checks, participate in ongoing medical and specialty training, and adhere to our not-for-profit values. Within our retirement communities and home health services, Wesley Homes employs Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA’s), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s), Registered Nurses (RN’s), Therapists (PT, OT and ST’s), Housekeepers, Maintenance workers, Accountants, Culinary (Restaurant servers and cooks), marketing and human resources.

Wesley Homes is a trusted leader in providing exceptional care and services for older adults. We invite you to contact us to see how we can meet your needs and provide the geriatric care services and retirement lifestyle you deserve.
