Wesley Homes is moving forward with plans to build a retirement community near Bradley Lake Park.  This new vision for Puyallup offers exciting possibilities for seniors who call East Pierce County home.  We plan to break ground in spring 2016 and be ready for occupancy in the fall of 2017.

Designed by InSite Architects, the same architect that designed Wesley Homes Lea Hill in Auburn, Wesley Homes Brady Park will feature a Town Center that will offer an
abundance of activities and amenities, ranging from chef-prepared meals in a choice of dining environs, a fully-equipped fitness center, a non-denominational chapel, a creative arts center and even a woodworking shop! Bradley Park will feature spacious accommodations for independent living, both in condominium-style Brownstones as well as in luxurious apartments in The Lodge. The Commons will provide nearly 50 apartments for housing with services, such as three meals per day, housekeeping, and a full schedule of activities). The Arbor will include 18 assisted living memory care apartments.

This ideal location is centrally located in South Hill, close to shopping, medical facilities and city conveniences, yet the tranquil park-like setting boasts ample walking trails and green space. Enjoy city convenience and country charm, right here in your local community!

As the newly hired Community Relations Director for Wesley Homes Bradley Park, I am pleased to announce that we are now accepting deposits for Priority Reservations. Those who make a deposit of $1,000 (one thousand dollars) will be given priority to select an accommodation once our floor plans and pricing are finalized. Priority positions are determined by the date of receipt of the deposit and are subject to the terms outlined on the Priority Reservation Agreement, found here.

Retirement is a time for people who love life™ to live life fully.  Seniors today are more active and independent than ever before. Freedom, choice and flexibility are fundamental elements to the Wesley Homes lifestyle.  A faith-based, not-for-profit organization, Wesley Homes has served Northwest families since 1944.

Reserve your accommodation and start meeting your future neighbors! To make your transition easier, we are holding meetings for new depositors so you can become friends before becoming neighbors.
