Wesley Homes offers home health and in home care to residents on our campuses and people in their own homes throughout King and Pierce counties. Home Health services are flexible to meet your needs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Wesley Homes Home Health is a program that provides you with reliable skilled nursing and personal care in the privacy and comfort of your own home. This individualized attention presents clients, family and friends with options in the care their loved ones receive. Wesley Homes Home Health is licensed to provide a range of quality support services and medical care to residents of King and Pierce counties. Home health services are reimbursable when the client meets homebound criteria and when a physician orders services requiring intermittent skilled nursing, physical therapy or speech therapy.

Reimbursement

Home health services are reimbursed by Medicare, Medicaid, or private insurance depending on the level of care and the individual’s insurance plan.

  • Medicare: Home Health services are 100 percent reimbursable when the patient meets homebound criteria and when a physician orders services requiring intermittent skilled nursing, physical therapy or speech therapy.
  • Medicaid: Payment is determined by person's program eligibility.
  • Private Insurance: Wesley Homes At Home can assist in determining insurance coverage.
