WALK WITH WESLEY FOR ALZHEIMER'S
Today an estimated 5 million Americans are living with Alzheimer’s. And with 78 million baby boomers approaching the age of greatest risk for this disease, the need to find a cure is more urgent than ever.
Wesley Homes has the privilege of serving over 1,000 residents and home health clients each year, some of whom suffer from dementia or Alzheimer’s disease. This year, we decided to give back to our community by participating in this walk both as a cash sponsor and with a team of Wesley Walkers tasked with raising $7,500 for the Alzheimer’s Association. A team of “captains” have come together to lead the effort. They are:
Patti Singleton, Admissions Coordinator for Wesley Homes Health Center Debra Rubens, Director of Resident Services for Wesley Homes Des Moines Elaine Parke, Activities for Wesley Homes Des Moines Ramona Sirois, Marketing Manager for Wesley Homes Des Moines Lori Britton, Activities Director for Wesley Homes Lea Hill
We hope you will encourage your fellow employees, family members and friends to join us by walking or donating to the Wesley Walkers team effort.
I know we can make a difference with your support. Please consider walking with us. It’s easy to join us online by following the link below or you can complete the registration form on the back of this letter. Return completed registrations to any of the front desks on campus.

Thank you in advance for your time and generosity – together, as a representative group from Wesley Homes, we can help to end Alzheimer’s and make a significant contribution to the greater community!
