Wesley Homes Des Moines currently has efficient studio apartments and an alcove apartment available in The Terrace for immediate occupancy. These apartment homes offer spacious balconies for relaxing while you enjoy the inspiring territorial views. For all other apartment homes and cottages the reservation wait times are estimated based on recent activity. Waiting times vary according to the type of accomodation and view that is desired. Some residents were able to move in much earlier than expected and others have waited longer - especially if they desired a particular view or amenity. We encourage you to make a reservation at Wesley Homes. Available accommodations are offered based on the date the reservation application was submitted. The Reservation List is quite flexible with no penalty or limit to the number of times you can pass on accommodations when they are offered. The cost to hold your place on the Reservation List is $450 for an individual and $800 for a couple. Refunds are given in the amount of $350 and $625, respectively should an applicant decide not to move to Wesley Homes.
