Lots of green space and native landscaping surround these roomy, single-story homes and duplexes. Pleasant walking trails lead to Eby Lodge and the Town Center filled with opportunities for learning, socializing and fitness activities. Village Homes include housekeeping every month and friendly maintenance assistance whenever needed. A continental breakfast is served daily at Eby Lodge and a full meal service is available in the campus restaurant. Each Village Home has a two-car garage, except the Eby House
which has a carport and a basement.

Village Homes are offered for a 100% refundable entrance deposit.
